JEWELRY TELEVISION
EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION CENTER
CLIENT:
Jewelry Television
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This was my very first project for Jewelry Television. I was tasked with designing a more in-depth subscription center, and this idea behind this was a way to directly communicate with the user to know what kind of promotions they would like, rather than try to guess them based on their activity around the site. Previously, JTV just had a section where you signed up for emails and it was all or nothing. This design allowed for users to specify which emails they want. It also had other sections for users to specify their birthdays and what brands, metal types, and gemstones were their favorites.
PROBLEM / CHALLENGES
Since this was my first project for JTV, it was also my first introduction into using Adobe XD rather than Figma and my first introduction to using the JTV design principles and stylesheets. This project took me longer to do at the time than it would now because of this, but it also helped me learn a lot about Adobe XD, which in turn helped me learn more about Figma. One other challenge (and also great experience), was that I had to work with JTV’s email team to figure out what they wanted to be on the webpage and what types of emails they sent out.
